Pros
IT Department was one of the best Noble mission to help children and people suffering from DMD CEO wants to take this company farther (cutting off some of the dead-weight in certain department leadership roles would help)
Cons
Sarepta leadership and management is inexperienced. Likewise, it is not an environment for someone looking to be mentored or fostered. Each day in Cambridge was like listening to a soap opera. Backstabbing is the norm at Sarepta. The Jekyll and Hyde comment by another reviewer was accurate. The departments do not get along as many others have reported. Pharmacovigilance has an especially poor reputation for cycling through people and management is loud but weak. This company takes the tools and skills from those they hire then lets them go. Thus this is a not place to grow a career. In observation, it's every man for himself. There are only a few top dogs. Lower levels will lie, cheat and weasel their way around the office cubicles to pick up gossip, serve up their twist on the facts to advance their careers. Middle management is stacked with self-serving inept "yes" people that know even less than their managers. It's a house of cards waiting to fall. Knowledge is not power at Sarepta; it's a liability.
