Opportunities for highly technical work big into design change packages great co-workers very good benefits and PTO packages

Cons

Tight deadlines with high/intense scope of work Under the client's thumb Mainly daily overtime. between 2 to 4 hours extra Training is available but relies on hands-on training with minimal oversight which leads to delays Not alot of holidays off Org chart is confusing

Pros

Decent pay and interesting projects that allow for good professional development.

Cons

Absolutely horrendous work-life balance. I have been at the company for almost 20 years and their lack of support and flexibility for parents is incredibly disappointing. Going to the office requirements are unrealistic with little kids, and some of the newly minted managers are on a power trip, micromanaging high performers and quoting pto policies if you need to run 30min errands midday.
