Pay is competitive Benefits are decent -- these are the two keys ways they attract new, young workers. They recently began offering free coffee but I'm really stretching to come up with more if I'm listing coffee, right?

This is the sort of place you wake up dreading to go into each morning This is the sort of place where you hate your coworkers because they also hate the company Negative outlook from almost all employees Outlook is only improved if they're lining your pocket book (Vice Presidents and Owners) Opportunity for advancement is based on affinity bias, not talent There is very little diversity, especially among management (you're out of luck if you're a person of color) Management is very poor, talent-wise, and they do not invest in training to better manager's abilities Blame is often passed to the lowest people on the totem pole to save face of managers Many employees coast and do very little work while young, new employees are worked to the bone as they are promised further compensation down the road The office is dull, ugly, and nothing works properly from water fountains to old laptops Men in the company are rude, sexist, and sometimes harass younger women in the company Women are treated with little respect, see few opportunities, and are harassed by men who are higher-up Office reeks of racism, homophobia, and sexism because they allow managers to behave how they want
