Pros

The pay is decent. They are good about taking time off, although the policy has now changed on comp time and overtime. To be honest I am here from the neck down, for a paycheck.

Cons

You will never know how you are doing until your review. They will not offer ways to improve. At the evaluation you may get railroaded with negativity that you could have changed if you knew you were doing poorly.

Pros

Decent pay and interesting projects that allow for good professional development.

Cons

Absolutely horrendous work-life balance. I have been at the company for almost 20 years and their lack of support and flexibility for parents is incredibly disappointing. Going to the office requirements are unrealistic with little kids, and some of the newly minted managers are on a power trip, micromanaging high performers and quoting pto policies if you need to run 30min errands midday.
