Most people are friendly. Supervisor is cool. Everyone works as a team to accomplish tasks. Lots of opportunities for advancement right now.

Cons

When it gets busy you’re expected to work every weekend. Hard to get vacation approved during busy season but thats about it.

Good salary, great benefits. A lot of opportunity for growth and movement within the company.

Cons

Different rules/expectations for different people/positions. The company also feels it’s important to “make an example” out of certain situations instead of creating everyone equal. High pressure position that doesn’t allow for the work life balance they preach to always be the case.
