Good pay and benefits, most people are good to work with, clean facilities.

Cons

The hallway politics are like nothing you have ever seen, especially in middle management. It is all about building a "kingdom" and not about building the company. A staggering dearth of talent in the overstaffed middle management ranks.

Good salary, great benefits. A lot of opportunity for growth and movement within the company.

Cons

Different rules/expectations for different people/positions. The company also feels it’s important to “make an example” out of certain situations instead of creating everyone equal. High pressure position that doesn’t allow for the work life balance they preach to always be the case.
