Has growing pains due to rapidly increased headcount, such as too much internal SAAS churn, some teams overstaffed while others understaffed, somewhat unsteady predictability of projects/pipeline etc. These problems are acknowledged and being addressed.

VP and Director level is a luck of the draw. You can get a really great VP and Director, or end up with toxic ones. This invariably has created cliques inside the company.
