Pros

Good Prospect, Love the Mobility, Good culture , Respect among each other, highly practice /emphasis in Ethic and Compliance. In Satair we could find a lot of employees who are working more than 5 or 10 or even 15/20/25 years. Good employees will stay with the Good Boss. ^_^

Cons

Unfortunately in Aviation line and we are in operation so we have to do back up job when colleague is away. Work life balance is still what most of us wish to achieve.

Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

Cons

Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
