Pros

Work-life balance, culture, canteen, small company-vibe even though a part of a huge organization. Amazing paid holiday system where you get credit for every minute you work. Opportunities within the org are there for you to take them and you are encouraged to do so.

Cons

The only true negative is the old campus. Buildings are quite old and company seems dated from afar, but they are really doing what they can to rejuvenate. Remodeling is in progress which is a good sign that they listen to the feedback of the employees.

Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

Cons

Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
