Good annual bonuses. Staff great staff within the organisation.

Cons

Poorly run. Company paid HR related decisions being made by non qualified staff. You need to purchase your own uniform. Rules being made up on the spot. Lack of communication. High levels off stress within the operation.

Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

Cons

Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
