Inconsistency of information given by manager. There is no empathy given to staffs. Given that the culture is to speak up and clarify when in doubt yet after speaking up instead of deriving to a solution i was given a termination on grounds that i am not the right fit and not performing my work up to standards when i took all initiatives to cover for colleague when she is on leave and i took initiative to approach manager on emails that i saw was urgent and took the action to issue those orders till 6.39pm then i left the company. Telling me that already given me couple of counselling regarding my behavior and work performance when i am still under probation period and do define what work performance issues i am having and behaviour issues on what extent? All these accusations are totally without concrete evidence to proof is solely based on personal feelings and attacks. Inhumanity company.
