- Very common to have "fire drills" to put out b/c management changes their mind often - Employees are under constant stress and scrutiny; hard-to-reach deadlines and holding people accountable are more important than employee morale or well-being leading to lower quality outputs; - Heavy micro-management or as Sauer will call it "hand-holding" - Unless you work in accounting/finance/HR, the office is boring and outdated - Expected to work >45hrs/week
