      Pros

      flexible schedule, ok compensation if you work very hard for many years.

      Cons

      too many to list. The greed and poor judgment of the senior management team hits the sales arborist several times a year. Constantly moving "goal posts." No follow through on promises from management. They "turn the screws" on the arborists every chance they get. Flagrant money grabs from arborists pockets. No moral or ethical compass. If you get an offer from this company, run.

      I've been able to grow in my career so much with SavATree- they have excellent training programs and have made a lot of positive changes over the past few years.

      401k could be improved but I know that takes time

      Like any company, there are employees that are never happy.
