      Pros

      Pay is decent with good benefits and can dress freely. Free coffee and sometimes they buy lunch or make us breakfast.

      Cons

      Immediate management needs to do a better job at appreciating their employees and showing it instead of demeaning and defeating them.

      I've been able to grow in my career so much with SavATree- they have excellent training programs and have made a lot of positive changes over the past few years.

      401k could be improved but I know that takes time
