I have seen a lot of negative reviews about savatree but the truth is it’s a pretty good place to work. I started working there in 94 straight out of college and I got the chance to work with the most talented people in the tree care industry. I worked there for 18 years and found them to be fair and generous when it comes to pay and compensation (Christmas bonus and 401k profit sharing) I learned much from my time at savatree but most importantly was how to communicate and not to doubt yourself. These are qualities that have helped me in life, savatree is a business and they have tolerances for employees, if you don’t mind being held to a standard then you should talk to them
