      Working remotely during Covid-19. Resources to do job successfully, Training

      The leadership at this company is horrible. They are extremely political and if you make suggestions, they don't listen and don't care. They have pushed all the Recruiters out due to new management. Militant type of leadership, instilling fear. Benefits are not good and most doctors don't accept it. They are growing too quickly and charge too much for services.

      I've been able to grow in my career so much with SavATree- they have excellent training programs and have made a lot of positive changes over the past few years.

      401k could be improved but I know that takes time
