Was a good place to work. My particular branch had a bad location that wasn't on par with newer branches. Pay was good by the end, though it took too long given my experience in the field. Everyone in the company I've interacted with are great. Good people work here. Just communicate with ALL your bosses if you have a problem and your main boss won't help. Probably best national company to work for.
Cons
Being corporate, some of the corporate side gets in the way of work efficiency as a worker doing the jobs on properties. Health insurance not that great.
