      Pros

      Nothing, they treat people awful and have zero respect for anyone and no accountability for their actions. Its easier to place blame. Also, if your personality does not match your leadership they will can you. They don't know how to work with people of diversity. They made us come to the office during Covid, Zero regard for human life.

      Cons

      Poor management, underqualified, talk to you, talk about you, spread rumors and treat you with disrespect. They think they are superior and have huge egos. Just because you service the wealthy 1% doesn't mean you can treat everyone else like crap.

We are fortunate that our Talent Acquisition team is growing in leaps and bounds, they all work remotely and we haven’t heard these concerns. We are very thoughtful on how we integrate acquired businesses, and even have a special Gallup Change Management Survey designed to make sure that we are addressing all acquired team member needs.       I've been able to grow in my career so much with SavATree- they have excellent training programs and have made a lot of positive changes over the past few years.

      401k could be improved but I know that takes time

      The people I work with are some of the smartest and most talented people I've ever met.

      Like any company, there are employees that are never happy.
