Pros

Any of the pros have nothing to do with savatree, just the small company I worked for that they bought and destroyed.

Cons

Savatree is one of those corporations that comes in, buys a small business and runs it into the ground with complete disregard for the former employees. We were really excited when they bought our company and got everyone new gear and gave us promises of increased work and pay. In the end I was laid off due to lack of work and downsizing. Filing for unemployment was a nightmare due to lack of communication by HR. The whole experience has been really unfortunate because before they bought the company it was really well run and we had no shortage of work. After they bought the company they started charging a 300% markup for work, as well as over hiring, and it led to downsizing. If you want to work for a corporation that doesn’t care about you and is very difficult to get your problems resolved then Savatree is the company for you.

We are very fortunate that SavATree has the benefit of being a melting pot of talent and culture from the leading companies we have merged with over the years. We are sorry that our forward reaching programs that are focused on sustainability didn't work for you. Fortunately it works well for most people, and we see that as we look aroud and realize that most of our team came from a prior business that was folded into SavATree. But we realize this model isn't for everyone and we wish you all the best.
