Pros
I have the best crew to work with. I have a good relationship with the arborist and the branch manager and all the office personnel.
Cons
With this company you can never get a straight answer. You have to go through many channels to get an answer to a question. The branch manager has no budget to give a raise to the employees because corporate doesn't allow him. He has to get authorization first. Doesn't matter how hard you work.
