Not much room for growth. After you learn your job dont expect much else. You will be told about advancement and opportunities but dont hold your breath. Most people get frustrated and leave for other companies. Management does not have trust of employees. They are concerned with themselves and if you "complain" you will be on their radar so dont bother. Just keep your head down mouth shut and do your work. This is not the place to build a career so take it for what it is. We are all replaceable and people are coming and going all the time and i do mean all the time.
