Pros
1. Working with some of the most amazing people on earth (very down to earth & willing to help you reach your goals). They care for you not just as an employee, but as a person. 2. Being challenged and invested in. Being in digital, it's extremely easy to be left behind if you're not keeping your self knowledgeable with the latest trends. Throughout my tenure, over and over SavATree has enabled me to attend countless conferences, meetings, dinners & etc to help me grow. Every year, I feel empowered to be at the top of my game and challenged to do so. 3. Great leadership. Leading a growing organization is not easy, but they do listen and try. Truly an open door policy with any of our Executive Team Members. 4. Mentorship! I've been able to have 1 on 1 accountability and be mentored by one of our top leaders in our company. This helped my growth tremendously. 5. I've been able to create life-time friends here. No egos, we got each other's backs! Go Team!
Cons
1. Working hard and putting in extra hours doesn't always seem to translate to your compensation during review time (but that may be common). 2. That's the only thing I could think of.
