Pros
They've been around since 1946. They are the epitome of stability. They truly care about their people and always treat them fair. They continue to grow and diversify, so for a person who is willing to work hard, there are opportunities everywhere. They do really cool stuff: boats, heavy equipment, trains, etc.
Cons
I don't see it as a Con, but they are growing - which means growing pains. For those who want the small Ma' and Pop company they were in the 80's and 90's, you won't like it as much. If you are up the challenge to help us grow into a Big Company, you will have a good time.
