TOXIC WORK PLACE - Transload Operator Savage Companies Employee Review

The manager is not qualified to have the position he does. Not fair to everyone equally . Makes inappropriate comments about team members , feeds on gossip , and demeans you in front of others. All this while being lazy and never a source you can go to for help or insight . I don’t know if all od Savage is run this way , but avoid applying at this location unless it’s just until you find something better.
