Management and leadership is always working to further the company - and the lives of the employees. This is a company that rewards hard work and makes decisions to benefit their workforce as a whole. Hard times are hard on companies as well - especially in this industry, but I am comfortable with having a job at 80% of my current salary, knowing that my coworkers and myself are not laid off.
