Everything. The company cares more about making sure Bob has what he needs than paying its employees a livable wage. They pour more and more resources away from the support and other locations that we struggle to keep up. Promise Merit based raises and slap us in the face with a garbage raise of 3% but Bob gets a new Truck. I'd give it no stars but it wont let me. Leadership is absolutely incompetent and unable to do their jobs, more nepo hires than you can shake a stick at. There is so much micromanaging of teams that nothing gets done. Overall an absolute poop show to work for, absolute garbage, would rather work at a McDonalds as a floor licker.
