Pros
Technology is really cool. Complete home automation with more and more AI coming on board. Smart people with a technical vision - excluding leadership.
Cons
Family owned business. People are in positions that they have no business (or more importantly, experience) leading. Lack of direction. In a room full of 30 people, only 3 are non-family and obviously not going anywhere or being looked at as a source of expertise.
