POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL management! Factory work, timed on the amount of work you put out! Flexible hours? HAH! No set hours, mandatory over time. Scheduling made to suit managers unprofessional scheduling. Request for days off? Must be made WEEKS ahead of time with CONSTANT reminders! This job is for people who are absolutely desperate to work. They must have no responsibilities outside of work and are able to work at the convenience of Savers management. Be prepared if sick to have doctors note, all doctor appointment must have doctors note also. If sick on job, must continue to work until you have finished your assignment and are no longer needed. Thinking about working at Savers? McDonalds or any fast food place would be better!
