Pros
I always tried to make the best and have fun with the team I worked with there. With the always changing inventory and many eccentric customers there is never a boring day. Good health benefits and 401k (if you are a full-time employee). You'll get a lot of exercise running around that place all day!
Cons
Very high turnaround of management and team members. The majority of time I worked there we were short managers, which affected a balance with our schedules. Within the 5 years I worked there, the raises were very minimum for everyone. It can be a very hectic environment with customers trashing the store, ripping tags off items, stealing, etc. Not great sales or holiday bonuses to provide the rest of the team with more incentive to hit goals.
