Pros

The job is so active that you burn calories like crazy. You can eat whatever you want, however much you want and you'll still lose about 20 lbs within two months. You can cancel your gym membership.

Cons

The job is so active that when you're not there all you can do is sleep. You usually don't get any breaks working as much as 10 hours straight. While HR is trying to promote a more positive culture, the managers I worked with fought it every step of the way. The existing culture was one of passive aggression. Information was shared with some people and not others. Often it was kept from the very people impacted most. My efforts to bring everyone up to speed were thwarted. Mistakes were gleefully reported, but competence was not. There was zero problem solving - when I took initiative I was yelled at. This is an environment conducive to finger pointing and avoidance of responsibility. Manipulation and outright lying was the daily M.O. Goals were set so high that the departments were lucky if they made even half of them. It all adds up to being a no-win situation. I'm better than this, and you are too.

Pros

It's a Job I guess

Cons

The pay is just over minimum wage. There is no work life balance they don't offer holiday pay and require you to work on all holidays except for Christmas and Thanksgiving. They constantly add new thing to the job and will never give you a pay raise or advancement. All around bad company that's taking advantage of working class Americans.
