Hours, most people are nice enough, managers are cool, benefits are pretty good with option to upgrade, often run contests or buy staff pizza etc, annual raises and paid vacation
Cons
Staff have to share bathroom with customers, staff can’t buy anything that hasn’t been on the floor for 48 hrs, noisy environment, dusty workplace
