      Pros

      I enjoy the relationships that I have with [most of] my coworkers. I enjoy the employee discount and I take pride in my store. The customers are usually very nice. The open-door policy is comforting. Flexible schedule for the most part. Nice managers for the most part.

      Cons

      There is a lot of drama here. The pay is very low. There is a rival between Operations (front) and Productions (back). A lot employees and customers steal from the store.
