Coworkers are helpful and friendly, employee discounts on products, good set schedule, overall friendly staff
Cons
Have to wait two days to buy new products on the sales floor, some days you feel like you aren't appreciated enough, there are little to almost no regards to any feedback or complaints they receive, and some of the management have trouble interacting with the employees in a nice or friendly manner, making them feel irritated and annoyed. You always have to follow the high sales quota every day even when it seems like it isn't possible, then you feel ashamed when they tell you that you didn't make the quota for that day. You can't listen to your own music even when there's no customers in the store, and there isn’t any specific reason other than an employee who messed it up for everyone 10 or so years ago. A lot of callouts throughout the week, resulting in some harder workdays making for an even more stressful work environment
