Management does not care about the well being or the success of their employees. They also dumb down religious beliefs and requests for the employees requests to fulfill their religious obligations. They also set up the employees for failure. I also was witness to management actually telling an employee who wanted to move from cashier to the production room that she was too fat and stupid to do the job!
