flexible work environment and there are still a few good people left at the company
Cons
-low bar for success -they promote "yes" people so there are quite a few people in leadership roles that wouldn't be in most of other companies -no bonus for the HQ team because the company continues to miss the EBITA goal -high turnover of the good leaders -top level management is not aligned causing chaos at the lower levels -talented employees get "suckered" to join the company but jump ship at the first chance or sometimes leave without a job because of the ineptness of the legacy employees and leaders
