      They'll hire anyone who can work hard. If you think you can do it go ahead and try, you'll be corrected if someone doesn't like it.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best, but in a tight spot something is better than nothing, most of the time. Orderly Chaos accurately describes work distribution.
