No work life balance - Retail Sales Clerk Savers Employee Review

Management constantly mistreats staff and forces lunches on people working 5 hours and under shifts because their words “if we go a minute over, you legally need to take a 30min” resulting in half an hour wage gone for one single minute. Need to do something personal…forget about it. Will send you home 3 hours early even if you’re there for only an hour. And you’re lucky if you get 8 hours a week. No advancement either in the company
