Stressful schedules as they switch up shifts every week so there is no consistency in work hours. Many managers or senior supervisors treat you like a child, lots of mistrust in staff. They pay employees garbage despite them not having to pay for the majority of their merchandise. They offer you 30-50% off in store but only on items that have been out for longer than 2 days so you will miss out on the good stuff. Managers are very profit oriented and things are getting priced so high it does not make sense to thrift.
