      Pros

      The people are great and the atmosphere is pretty laid back. I know what is expected of me and am always recognized when I exceed those expectations. Most days I look forward to coming to work.

      Cons

      Have to wait an entire year before you are eligible for 401K and even after that, it's still another 5 years before you are fully vested.
