Pros
I absolutely loved the hustle and bustle of the job. You were always on the go, you have so many tasks to get done and manage over 30 employees while helping the front staff. You did get a good RRSP/Dollar match package which is always great. Lots of room for growth.
Cons
Sometimes the support felt minimal. Depending on who you worked with it could be very stressful and there were always quotas to hit. Not a lot of kudos for the work.
