      Pros

      Same as every other security company in the National Capital Region, nothing sets them above anyone else.

      Cons

      They DO NOT offer overtime/time and a half for this position or their Senior Watch Officer positions. Anytime you work beyond a 40hr wk, you'll just continue to receive your regular hourly rate, even on holidays. Turnover is high due to the large amount of hours that gets dumped on officers with zero financial incentives to work them.

      Cons

      Small company will put their needs first before employees. Low budget starting off work Program Analysts.
