Pros

-Manager was very friendly, understanding, and fair. -Co-workers were nice and easy to talk to. -Office is large and pretty modern. -Severance was pretty great.

Cons

-I realize looking back that it was a disorganized and out of date process with how RFPs were done. -Department was dissolved suddenly and people were laid off, which suggested unstable environment. -Upper management might have been unsure of how to deal with sales regarding RFP responses, given how things ended, implying lack of understanding.

Remote Work with Few travel assignments

Cons

No training , unrealistic expectations from higher ups when they dont know how to manage themselves they trickle-down effect everything to blame for you . Company sells scam devices and expects PMS to work as Technicians .Bait and switch company to clients, sells a product to trap you in services while marking up 40%.
