Autonomous, interesting environment. Some good field based colleagues.

Cons

Worst management I have experienced, work easy but boring. Infant school like training. Complete disconnect between field staff and office staff, field engineers treated like lepers.

Remote Work with Few travel assignments

Cons

No training , unrealistic expectations from higher ups when they dont know how to manage themselves they trickle-down effect everything to blame for you . Company sells scam devices and expects PMS to work as Technicians .Bait and switch company to clients, sells a product to trap you in services while marking up 40%.
