It's nothing if not eventful and you will rarely face the same task twice. The Germany-based staff are very helpful as well.

Cons

No career progression, weak salary (especially if you're young), barely any training or technical documentation and they might just fire you for 'poor performance' without any evidence.

Remote Work with Few travel assignments

Cons

No training , unrealistic expectations from higher ups when they dont know how to manage themselves they trickle-down effect everything to blame for you . Company sells scam devices and expects PMS to work as Technicians .Bait and switch company to clients, sells a product to trap you in services while marking up 40%.
