Very interesting industry to be in. Many good people

Cons

Poor transparency, communication. Not a team atmosphere. Compensation is getting worse and employees are getting nickeled and dimed on their benefits. The company continuously runs too lean creating undo stress on employees and meeting customer expectations and to the detriment of long term growth.

Remote Work with Few travel assignments

Cons

No training , unrealistic expectations from higher ups when they dont know how to manage themselves they trickle-down effect everything to blame for you . Company sells scam devices and expects PMS to work as Technicians .Bait and switch company to clients, sells a product to trap you in services while marking up 40%.
