Pros

The company is quiet, work can come quickly or stagnant. Stable, from my tenure, they haven’t had a lay off If emergencies happens, they’ll do their best to allow a work-life balance.

Cons

45 hour work week, 5 of those not compensated No real training / documentation for onboarding, gives a trial by fire approach. Pay increase doesn’t happen, stuck with cost of living compensation. Expectations are high, you work beyond your means. No working-your-wage. No growth, everything is given to Slovakia / Germany so you’re stuck in the same position More people are leaving the company and are replaced

Remote Work with Few travel assignments

Cons

No training , unrealistic expectations from higher ups when they dont know how to manage themselves they trickle-down effect everything to blame for you . Company sells scam devices and expects PMS to work as Technicians .Bait and switch company to clients, sells a product to trap you in services while marking up 40%.
