Over time, I’ve been able to take on increasing responsibility and continue building my skill set. The work involves a diverse mix of clients, which keeps projects varied and provides exposure to different business challenges. Benefits are solid and competitive, including a generous 401k match and the scheduled summer and winter office shutdowns.

You get a lot of responsibility pretty early on, which gives you great experience and helps you develop your professional skills quickly. There are also annual company trips, and the benefits are pretty decent overall.

Cons

The pay has fallen behind what competitors are offering. There also seems to be a disconnect between how many projects the company takes on and how many people are actually available to complete the work, which can lead to heavy workloads and staffing issues.
