Pros

If you like going to the park, you can get in for free. Slightly discounted tickets for family and friends. Flexible scheduling in my department. Good summer/first job.

Cons

Not a whole lot of opportunities to move up. They are a family company, so they primarily hire higher level positions from within. Minimum wage for summer workers.
