Pros

Great work experience and great on learning leadership skills at a young age. Great for harnessing various types of work skills such as multi-tasking, customer service, hands on learning & much more. Great way to learn people skills and the staff you meet every season will make you want to come back.

Cons

Great for a seasonal job but extremely hard to move up within the company. Staff feels overworked for its rate of pay. Extreme hours during the summer (also a pro if you like long hours) Even after working for the company for a substantial amount, you still stand a chance of being denied promotion or raise.
