Great benefits package, great colleagues, and opportunity to participate in employee resource groups. Organization has strong roots to the local community as well, and there are a variety of departments/lines of business to support individual career growth opportunities.
Cons
Recent RTO mandate (employees were allowed to have a hybrid schedule before), which eliminated a lot of work/life balance + flexibility.
Workloads can be a bit overwhelming, and pay is not competitive when compared to the volume of work.

Thanks for the review. Great to hear you are enjoying some of the many great benefits of working for Schneider, including our great people, strong community roots and career growth opportunities! Glad to have you with us.
Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.
Cons
$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving.
Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive.
Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We review pay weekly to make sure it's competitive in the marketplace. We have an open door policy and always want to hear concerns like this from our drivers. Drive safe.
